In fact most people believe in some sort of eternal soul that actually is just trapped in a physical body, and is much better off without it. Physical life is hard. Its more than many can take, which is why there are so many suicides.

The physical body is just a temporary transient.

Since all the founders were immigrants or the recent descendants of immigrants, how is granting citizenship or amnesty to immigrants at all unconstitutional?
It is very clear in the constitution that the president has those powers and authority.
