This is why we have gun crime, gun thief gets 5,000 dollar bond.

Wrong...Japanese culture does not tolerate criminal behavior...all of their crime rates are amazingly low......

Yes, clearly if the Japanese had a shitload of guns, they still wouldn't shoot each other.

Gun Nuts... living in terror of Occam's Razor.

Our non gun murder rate is higher than their total murder rate...so yeah....their culture is non violent and conformist....even the Yakuza bow to societal pressure when they start to get too violent....it is an entirely different criminal culture......yet, when they want to kill each other, the Yakuza get guns and grenades easily.

Con65. I didn`t see where anyone wants to take your guns away but if you`re that paranoid perhaps they should be taken away. Paranoia is a symptom of mental disease.

To be fair, I do totally want to take guns away from guys like ConJob65 and 2TinyGuy.

the best argument for gun control is a conversation with a gun nut talking about all the people he just can't wait to shoot.

Joe....you are obsessing about the penis again.......get help......just because you have an almost non existent penis...you still have one......so don't let it get you down....your inflatable doll doesn't care how small it is......it's a doll......

People who do not commit crimes are not responsible for the actions of criminals
Even though the anti gun people would like to believe it

Again, we have 33,000 gun deaths and 70,000 gun injuries a year, and no real good corresponding benefit to having such loose gun laws.

When you gun nuts come up with a way to keep bad guys from getting guns, something more rational than, "let's lock them up even though we don't have anywhere to lock them up!" then I will take you seriously.

Until then, Scalia is taking a dirt nap and you guys can't pretend the Militia amendment let's you compensate for your shortcomings.

Guy, you are the one who interpreted "2TinyGuy" as a dick reference. Maybe you've got your tiny dick on your mind.

And again...suicide doesn't count but you have to add it in otherwise your numbers are too low.......in 2014, non gun suicides happened more than gun suicide....And on top of that Japan, South Korea, and China have higher suicide rates than we do...and they only allow criminals and cops to have guns....then, on top of that....European countries with all the gun control you want here have higher suicide rates than we do.......

And there are not 70,000 non fatal gun accidents a year....the number is about 15,000 and only 586 fatal gun accidents in 2014.....in a country with over 357,000,000 million guns in private hands in 90 million homes....while we had 35,000 accidental car deaths...

And on top of that twit....Americans use guns 1,500,000 times a year to stop violent criminal attacks, rape, robbery and murder and often save lives and often stop mass public shootings...on top of the non self defense uses of guns, sport, hunting, collecting, target shooting......

the facts and the stats show you are a liar, and irrational when it comes to guns.

The only thing that actually stops gun violence...locking up people who use guns for crime....making normal, law abiding people fill out more paperwork..on pain of a felony does nothing to stop criminals or mass shooters....that is why nothing you suggest will stop criminals or mass shooters....

And on top of that, moron......we had 200 million guns in private hands in the 1990s....and now have 357 million guns in private hands...and the gun murder rate went down 49% in that same time period...

You are just wrong......in all things about guns....

This is why we have gun crime in this country...the f*****g courts do not take gun criminals seriously......

Why should they? You guys can't go around saying guns are no big deal and every American has a God Given Right as assigned by the Founding Slave Rapists to Compensate for Tiny Dicks, and then complain when bad guys have guns.

As a gun criminal, he should have not been given the chance at bond, and when he is convicted he should be sent to prison for 30 years..............how much time do you think he is going to get?

Meh, probably not that much, our jails are already overcrowded. Since he didn't actually HURT anyone, I'm not sure jail time is actually warrented.

Who is saying it's OK for people to commit crimes with guns? Having them and misusing them are two different things.

You make a lot of references about the size of male private parts. Sounds like you're projecting something about yours and what it lacks.

Who gives a shit if jails are overcrowded. I have no problem if 4 are in a cell designed for 2. Don't commit crimes and it's a non issue.

I've owned guns for years and never HURT anyone yet you want guns taken from me. So much for what you say, moron.
Con65. I didn`t see where anyone wants to take your guns away but if you`re that paranoid perhaps they should be taken away. Paranoia is a symptom of mental disease.

Talk to JoeB131. He's completely for gun confiscation and he's not the only one.

Does that mean you're going to try and take mine? Joe said guns should be confiscated and was offered that same thing. He refused and hid behind the government. Are you going to do the same thing?

To use suicide by gun as a reason for gun control would involve those using the numbers having to admit that if the person didn't have a gun they wouldn't have committed suicide. Since there is absolutely no way to know that, there is no valid reason to use those numbers.

Pretty much. People who can't legitimately earn the support they demand yet feel they must force their will on others go straight for the guns. It's a mindset not limited to the US, but the US is the only place where it's tolerated.

Suicide is not a crime and the rest are murders committed for the most part by people who already have criminal records.

And we have plenty of space to lock up violent criminals all we have to do is let the nonviolent criminals out on parole.

No, every other country strictly restricts who can own a gun.

We have a political arm of the Gun Manufacturers who decided their market was to keep guys like 2TinyGuy scared all the time, so they need guns.

Most gun murders are domestic violence and sorry, suicide is really a bad thing.

32,000 gun deaths. You guys haven't demonstrated a corresponding good to allow this to continue.

80% of all murders are committed by people with criminal records. You think it's domestic violence simply because it happens indoors

Up to 90% of murder victims in big cities have a criminal record.

80% of non-suicide gun-related deaths are gang-related.

Bottom line, of you're not inclined to criminality, you don't have a lot to fear out there. It's safe to leave the house without hiding a deadly weapon on your person before milling about in public.

Nope, they aren't.

Most people are killed by people they know. Domestic Violence. Made easier because we let too many people have guns.

Up to 90% of murder victims in big cities have a criminal record.

80% of non-suicide gun-related deaths are gang-related.

No, they aren't. IN fact, out of 16,000 homicides in the US, only 2000 are "Gang Related" (which means that if either the victim or killer were ever in a gang, it becomes "Gang related".) So it's actually only 13% that are Gang Related.

I've posted this number many times... you guys ignore it. It doesn't fit into your meme that anyone can become a monster if they have a really bad day.

Yeah and people know the people with criminal records who do most of the killing and most of the people killed have criminal records and are known to the criminals who kill them

so the fuck what? None of that changes the fact that most people who commit murders have a record and that most of their victims have a record

Everyone has " a record", if you count traffic violations... That's just lazy thinking.

Traffic tickets do not constitute a criminal record
I posted specifically says "Arrests"
