If you are going to the Hood for a drug run, Uber is the way to go. Why risk damage to your own vehicle?

Depends on location. My area, there is no public transportation. Just a couple privately owned cab businesses, Uber and Lyft drivers, and a transport bus with very limited hours of operation.

Oh sure, they can just walk 100 miles away to the eye specialist appointment.
(When I had to go my eye specialist, who was a 3 hour drive from my house, a lot of the people that Medicaid transport picked up with me were from the hood.)
