This is Venezuela where due to the Socialist Government, they have empty shelves. People are starving.

When people starve they come to America, where the country is prosperous.

But what if in America, the shelves are empty, where can starving people go? To Mexico or Venezuela? Here is #EmptyShelvesJoe

I'm seeing empty shelves, at least in the larger stores. The whole meat area of BJs here is empty, has been for two weeks now. Pretty scary.

I blame Biden with his stupid mandates. Everyone is quitting, and I can see why. Why cooperate with totalitarianism? People are just stopping work everywhere and the shortages multiply; it's a failure cascade.

About 3 years ago, when i went to Sam's Club i could buy hamburger meat for about $1.98 a lb. Just went yesterday and the price was over $4.00 a lb. Are the progressive slaves just happy as can be, knowing that the 3am ballot dump, election fraud, has made their lives so much more expensive to live? Yes, a progressive slave is that stupid "Bite their nose off just to spite their face".

Realize that during the lockdown, nobody bought anything.

Now that the lockdown is over, people are buying stuff.

It's going to take a while for supply chains to catch up.

I assume you geniuses would know this without me having to tell you.

The problem is many of those businesses that supply the markets are lacking the workforce, so you should understand that.

They way corporations are screwing you you'd think that the president would just nationalize the industries and stop the capitalist from screwing us.

Then why are they still employing tactics in human resources that discriminate on potential workers?

Women can't afford to go to work if they have kids because the price of childcare is usually more than the workers receives in pay...

Equal protection of the laws could ensure "full employment of resources", including in the market for labor.

The legal and physical infrastructure is already in place and may just need to be upgraded.

What objection can there be to equal protection of the law regarding employment at will for unemployment compensation in our at-will employment States?

Do you think the big guys are finally finding out that without the workers they will not be able to afford those golden parachute retirements and maybe they should pay the workers more and the top guys less??

This is what Good Capitalists know and understand:

From 1978 to 2018, CEO compensation grew by 1,007.5% (940.3% under the options-realized measure), far outstripping S&P stock market growth (706.7%) and the wage growth of very high earners (339.2%). In contrast, wages for the typical worker grew by just 11.9%.

During the lockdown the grocery stores were all open. Once the panic buying was over people were shopping as they normally did. The mandates are causing the shortages.
