Do you honestly not realize that the story in your OP is not a factual one, but is based entirely on a selective release of claims from unnamed people, interpretations by biased news organizations of a report from the exact weaponized intelligence cells that Gabbard is trying to put out of the tax-funded anti-Trump propaganda business, and the post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy?

The fact that this group of unnamed intelligence people claim not to have found a connection between TdA and the Venezualan government is not proof that such a connection does not exist.
