This is reassuring.

Report clarifies what benefits illegal immigrants can or cannot receive, and debunks the idea that illegals are pillaging the government food and healthcare assistance systems.

In CA illegals are covered under Medi-Cal for most health issues but, for emergency services, including labor and delivery, funds can be reimbursed with federal funds. Illegals cannot get SSI but can get CAPI (California Cash Assistance Program for immigrants).

No ... I was alluding to profit margins escalating ... just look at stock prices for hospital corporations ... them some mighty fine dividend payments ... four shore ... there's no devil in the details ... revenue minus expenses equals profit ... what kind of capitalist are you? ...
i see.....well ER's have JACHO Reiny ......they can't turn down anyone , which is why they've been closing ,and 'walk in' shops are opening in their place who can.......add to this big insurance owns a good portion of them all.....~S~

It's a three legged stool and the people are the leg that's getting hammered by the other two legs.
People are victims of a perfect storm.

They don't care about their health.
They don't know how to be healthy.
Health knowledge is carefully hidden from them.
All according to the devil's master plan. :dev3:

Free clinics lol! What reputable ER Doctor type is going to turn down $400K in clean suburbs to go patch up infected toothless gang bangers in the hood for $50K?

Do the math stain.

Doctors carry huge student loan debts, averaging $250K, and they're drowning under it.

JACHO has nothing to do with this ... perhaps you mean EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act ... any medical facility that offers emergency services must provide these services without consideration of ability to pay ... or forego all Medicare and Medicaid payments ... if the patient doesn't pay, then Medicare reimburses the ER ... so the ER is a money-maker for the hospital ... what we businessmen call a "Cash Cow" ... and illegal aliens are a perfect fit ... [ka'ching] ...

I don't know why you think insurance companies are moving away from having the tax-payers pay all the medical bills ... that would be stupid on their part ... if you want government out of medicine, then expect far fewer hospitals and clinics ... and medical services only for the Rich ... much easier than taxing the Middle Class out of existence ...

Well, I'd say there's enough information on how to be healthy on the internet.

What I see as the problem is they're not TRAINED to be healthy.

My work colleague from Mississippi is fat. He's constantly cooking sugary food, bringing it to work to share. It's super sugary. One time he told me this story of him and his wife arguing (they always argue). They went to some dessert store (Cheesecake Factory???) and bought something. He said "don't give it to our son until we get home", as if that's how proper parents function, she decided on the way home to give their son some, so they argued.

For me, they shouldn't have given a one year old cheesecake (or whatever it was) at all. They're teaching their kid to NEED sugar.

When their kids is older, he will need the sugar that his father needs, and will therefore be fat.

If schools taught kids to eat healthily, then some of those would grow up and be healthier and teach their kids to be healthy. It'd never be 100%, it'd take generations to change the mentality, also pushing healthy food elsewhere.

Yeah, must be hard trying to find it while addicted to TikTok.
TikTok would likely purge any good health information from its database and replace it with more silly shit.
