That is a sweeping statement, many Ukrainians like Russians otherwise there would be no civil war, well with the horror the Nazis inflicted on Russia i am surprised there were any Nazi POWs they were lucky they ever got back to Germany, Russians were not even treated as POWs by the Nazis many were sent to Concentration and extermination camps.
