... Jews everywhere are less safe.
I find it exceedingly illuminating that you chose to use the word "Jews" in this sentence within the context of this specific post and within the context of your particular [cough] worldview.
JEWS are less safe?! (and let's unpack "less safe", shall we? Vulnerable to atrocities such as extermination, killing, torture, abduction, rape, sexual assault, beatings, defiling of corpses. Vulnerable to the refusal of the UN or other "humanitarian" organizations to act on our behalf and in our interests. Vulnerable to restricted access to public spaces. Vulnerable to persecution, silencing, denial of rights.)
It seems you are admitting that you, and by implication, other entire collectives (Hamas? Gazans? Palestinians? Arabs? Muslims? Americans? Westerners? ) are incapable of viewing the Jewish people as anything other than a collective evil which must bear the consequences of that collective evil.
Throwing an 80s-something Holocaust survivor off a balcony to her death in France? Well, Jews aren't safe.
Shooting at kindergarten children in Montreal? Well, Jews aren't safe.
Burning a synagogue in LA? Well, Jews aren't safe.
Beating a man with Jewish religious or ethnic symbols in a NYC subway? Well, Jews aren't safe.
Abducting a baby and strangling him before beating his body with stones? Well, Jews aren't safe.
Shrug.
There is NO MORAL HIGH GROUND for "Jews aren't safe". Why the f*&k are Jews NOT safe in this world? This is just an admission that you, and other collectives who hold this claim, are invested in Jews not being safe. (We know. This is not a surprise to us.)
Do you want a moral high ground with your "but I oppose genocide" rant? Make sure that Jews are safe. Everywhere in the world. In Canada, in America, in the UK, in France, in Syria, in Lebanon, in Judea and Samaria, in Gaza, on the Temple Mount. Make sure that you, and whatever collectives you belong to, protect the safety of the Jews, rather than excusing atrocities against them.
