The thing about the left is they have no sense of humor whatsoever. None. Zero. Its why they cant meme or do satire and their attempts are just embarrassing when they try. Its why they clumsily coopt words like "snowflake" and "safe space". I think a lot of it is due to their puritan roots.

But...also the effectiveness of satire in destroying their silliness. The left is the perfect target for satire because of their weird disconnect from reality. Sometimes it is indeed impossible to tell if its satire or if the left has really done something else stupid..like claim 64 genders or ban soda straws or something. And it stings them deeply.

I mean look at this BB headline...it actually could be true. Sentiment probably is true for at least some Congressional Democrats.
