I don't want anyone to be executed, as I oppose capitol punishment on principle. If you've paid attention to stuff I've written, you'd know that.

A grand jury indicted the pair of them. The only reason why this is a case is that the Australian press has gotten ahold of it, and they are horrified that we have a DP in this country. (I doubt that it will be applied in this case, though.)

Grand juries do not have to operate like a Trial. The fact is if you get charged by a grand jury, you will learn that they can indict a potatoe. Tom Delay is a great example of a man that was chased by a crooked prosecutor. And after trying and failing several time, he finally found the right Democrats to indict him. But the appeals courts yelled, hell no and said Delay was innocent. This can also happen to this mother and her husband.

Sorry, man, this was months of neglect. Children Services were called several times on these idiots (and after the girl's death for the other Children, who were eventually taken away as well.)

And in the case of this child you feel very bad. I wish you were consistent. Another puzzle is the man raised hell with the cops, you recall the cop went to prison. But the criminal you sided with The law enforcement you are against. A cop murders using a gun, fine with you. A cop kneels on a man on the street and to you he must be in prison. Why are you so inconsistent?
