People here in the States aren't all happy and friendly, so why would you think Israelis have to perform for you??? All kinds of people there. Many are from Europe, which has different cultures than Texas or the South. the closest I came to 'home' in Europe was parts of southern France, and Albania, of all places. I wasn't allowed to pay for a meal the entire two weeks I was there. I never ran into this vast Global America Hate Fest commies keep trying to peddle, except in Paris and Belgium, and they count for nothing anyway.

Every nationality under the sun there. I met a nice French couple on the beach. We reunited weeks later in Paris. I spent Shabbat at their home.

The first Bishop was James, in Jerusalem. The first important city outside of Jerusalem was Antioch, not Rome. Rome was the capital city of the Empire, but not of the Church. The Christian Church was founded in the Upper Room of the Temple in Jerusalem.

Even Catholic scholars qualify their claims by preceding it with the words' by tradition'. Paul does not mention meeting Peter when he got to Rome, and there is zero evidence Peter ever went there. The Great Schism touched off propaganda wars with the Eastern Orthodox churches and Constantinople.
