By your spotty logic, if Gender Dysphoria is a mental illness, then it is covered by the Americans With Disabilities Act.

Which means employers, institutions, etc, are required to make "Reasonable Accommedations"

Pronoun usage is a reasonable accommodation.

Letting them use the bathroom of their choice would be a reasonable accommedation
