1. that the SA dismissed the grand jury...
2. that the SA reached a decision so quickly after having dismissed the grand jury...
3. that the SA brought charges of second-degree murder (for which she has to know she won't get a conviction in a jury trial), as opposed to a lesser charge of manslaughter (voluntary or involuntary) or negligent homicide...
4. that Zimmerman, who was supposedly in hiding and incommunicado (even his attorneys didn't know where he was or how to contact him) surrendered himself immediately upon the SA's decision to charge him with second-degree murder...
the whole thing smells funny...
