Again, the videos are inconclusive, but there is no question but that the actions of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor and the Mayor's incitements to violence against ICE and the failure of the local police to exercise crowd control are what caused the situation that led to Good's death. Had the state and local officials behaved responsibly, none of this would have happened.
