And the prosecution tried, on redirect, to make it look like it was just a fine thing to do because Cohen didn't get the bonus he thought he was deserving of.

I'm sure defense attorneys throughout NY will now pick up on this and when a client is accused of embezzlement point to the Manhattan DA saying there's nothing wrong so long as you claim you felt gypped by the employer.
