I saw a lady interfered with ICE agents, then when they tried to open the door to her car, she took off. She obviously tried to go around the ICE agent that shot her, but he stood there and when she didn't let off the gas, he shot her point blank. I'm torn, I think that he could have used more physical movement to avoid being hit, as this whole incident started with him almost on her hood. If he got bumped by that plastic bumper, it wasn't very hard. She only rammed into the other car that you see because she was dead and her foot was on the gas.

She absolutely should have been arrested and charged. But if you stand in front of a car of someone trying to get away, you might get hit. Shoot out the tires as she goes by and then go get her down the road.

I think we have a law on the books about cops shooting at fleeing suspects. There was a time when a cop could shoot at someone who didn't freeze. We ended that. I think we are going back to that. But what is the current law? This is why the guy has to say he feared for his life. No he ******* did not. He thinks if you don't stop he gets to shoot into the car.
