To be absolutely fair, um, no, the H1B system is being abused.

I worked at a company as a Temp in 2002, and instead of just bringing me on board full time (after I proved I could do the work), they hired an H1B from China.

The problem isn't that companies aren't abusing it, it's that the government, even under Cheeto Hitler, isn't enforcing it.

A couple of points you are glossing over. The AVERAGE Asian or Indian makes more than the Average White person. Since non-Hispanic whites are 57.5% of the population while Asians are 7.7%. With a larger demographic, you are going to get a lower number. Especially when you factor in THESE idiots.

• White Americans: ~4.2 million ≥130 IQ

India has far more, not fewer.
