Theosophy

Meaning our innate Divine or godly wisdom - in Greek Theos-Sophia.

Here are some videos, three are in Portuguese:

Videos lectures | The Theosophical Society Point Loma - Blavatskyhouse The Hague

If I am not mistaken, Psychologist Helen Wambach Ph. D. was a member of that society. I do believe that members of that society tend to go too far into the "New Age Movement" but in spite of that fact they are some of the most phenomenally well informed people in all the earth.

The Helen Wambach Ph. D. research was brilliant, but can be understood in two very different ways that are pretty close to being polar opposites.

Some people might wonder if in a hypnotic trance, are people subject to visions of a possible "past life" or even a "future life" that could be passed to them from "Extra-Dimensional Aliens or Demons or Ghosts" who are know to Judaism as "Familiar Spirits" who have been following the families of those hypnotic regression volunteers, for generation after generation?

But, Dr. Helen Wambach's ideas on the afterlife, may well be the closest to that of the Essene Community of the first century who may well have mentored Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus and His cousin, John the Baptist?

The following quotation from near death experiencer Dr. George Ritchie will help you to understand what perhaps a "Familiar Spirit" might perhaps be?

[Dr. George Ritchie] :

b. His Guided Tour of the Earthbound Realm with Jesus

The following is the testimony of George Ritchie’s tour of the Earthbound Realm: Then Jesus begins to take Ritchie on a journey through various realms of the afterlife. They fly toward a large city on Earth where they notice a group of assembly-line workers at work. They witnesses the spirit of a woman trying desperately to grab a cigarette from the workers who were oblivious to her presence. This woman had died severely addicted to cigarettes and was now cut off from the one thing she desperately desired most.

Ritchie realizes how the spirits in these realms immediately know the thoughts of other spirits around them. This is the reason they tend to group together with other spirits. It is too threatening to be around others who knew and disagreed with their thoughts.

Jesus leads Ritchie to a house somewhere on Earth where he is shown the spirit of a young man following his living family members around and begging them for forgiveness. But the family members are completely unaware of his presence. Jesus tells Ritchie the young man committed suicide and is “chained to every consequence of his act.”

They then traveled to a bar somewhere on Earth which was filled with sailors drinking heavily. Spirits surrounded the sailors as they tried desperately, and in vain, to grasp the shot glasses to get a drink. Other spirits tried to control the sailors’ alcoholic behavior. Ritchie learns these are the spirits of people who died still having a severe alcoholic addiction which went beyond the physical. He is bewildered as he observes one of the sailors passing out causing the sailor’s protective aura surrounding him to crack open. When it does, it allows a spirit to scramble into the sailor’s unconscious body. This scene was repeated over and over.

This is by Plato, who recounts the near-death adventure of a warrior before his time. It is called "The Vision of Er". Helpful notes by a theosophist:

Shabbat Shalom Skull: I happen to believe that YOU could well write a brilliant book about the near death experience of Canadian Bruce F. MacDonald Ph. D?

His two books about his near death experience may be the best information on earth related to the powerful case that can be presented that Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus, [the Prophet Isa to Muslims, Shalom be upon Him], and his cousin John the Baptist were mentored and taught by the Essene community but Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus separated from them because they made membership in the Essene Community so difficult.

[Near death experiencer Bruce F. MacDonald Ph. D.] :
"You do not understand this life, he said on a later occasion, so you do not understand what you can achieve. You think that you were born and die and have only the time in between to live. The Sadducees do not even believe in the resurrection. And the Pharisees and Essenes believe you are saved or damned on the basis of what you do here in this life.

So you judge and condemn others and forsake love in order to enter heaven. Yet I tell you that the Father has many heavens and many homes for you. This is not your only life, and these are not the only things you have to learn. You will have lives in other times and places.

Do not judge the gentiles? You may have been a Gentile. Do not judge the prostitute You may have been a prostitute. Do not judge the Roman or Greek? You may have been those.

"The Father wishes you to know the life of the world in all its conditions so that you may be able to love those in all conditions. He wishes you to learn poverty and wealth, weakness and strength, sickness and health so that, in all these, you may seek Him and find Him.

Is He the Father only of the righteous? No, he is Father of all and Mother of all. All may come to God and find the love appropriate to their condition. Are you poor? Learn to love your fellows. Are you rich? Learn to give of your surplus to those who have nothing. Are you in a place of power? Learn to use your power for the good of others. Learn the love appropriate to the condition you are in and all conditions will become blessed. (Bruce F. MacDonald Ph. "Philaletheians are staunch devotees of Aletheia-Truth, ever striving towards Her with all their might. They have existed since time immemorial under different names. It is only when we reach the third century AD that the designation, originally coined by Pythagoras, was adopted by Ammonius Saccas, the Alexandrian Socrates of Neo-Platonism, instructor of Plotinus, and founder of the Eclectic Theosophical System.

We, contemporary Philaletheians, continue to disseminate eternal verities in today’s world through courses of study, seminars, and other educational events. Distinguished by romanticism, the spirit of unrest and drive for spiritual progress that appears at the close of every epoch, we are set apart by a search for ideals and values that, to the uninformed, seem unattainable.

The scope of our enquiries extends far beyond the ideas of Greek philosophers, as the breadth and academic rigour of our endeavours demonstrate. Our overriding aim is to promulgate Ageless Wisdom and Higher Ethics, as taught by initiated adepts and re-affirmed by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky; and to share their teachings and insights with those who are “unexpecting, pure, just, impartial, devoid of fear, and who [have] forsaken [personal] interest in the results of action.”

We work closely with diverse philosophical organisations but are attached to none. We are a brotherhood of kindred spirits, unconstrained by mundane terms of reference, pecuniary obligations, and the institutionalised hypocrisy of our age. Philaletheia or Love of Truth Divine is our sole deity and dogma."

"There is a very great difference between the Theosophical Movement and any Theosophical Society. The Movement is moral, ethical, spiritual, universal, invisible save in effect, and continuous. A Society formed for Theosophical work is a visible organization, an effect, a machine for conserving energy and putting it to use; it is not nor can it be universal, nor is it continuous. Organized Theosophical bodies are made by men for their better cooperation, but, being mere outer shells, they must change from time to time as human defects come out, as the times change, and as the great underlying spiritual movement compels such alterations.
The Theosophical Movement being continuous, it is to be found in all times and in all nations. Wherever thought has struggled to be free, wherever spiritual ideas, as opposed to forms and dogmatism, have been promulgated, there the great movement is to be discerned."

"Thus it is the mankind of the New world, one whose mission and Karma it is, to sow the seeds for a forthcoming, grander, and far more glorious Race than any of those we know of at present. The Cycles of Matter will be succeeded by Cycles of Spirituality and a fully developed mind. On the law of parallel history and races, the majority of the future mankind will be composed of glorious Adepts. Humanity is the child of cyclic Destiny, and not one of its Units can escape its unconscious mission, or get rid of the burden of its co-operative work with nature. Thus will mankind, race after race, perform its appointed cycle-pilgrimage."
