Pretty much every country had somewhat similar post covid inflation, and I believe most saw changes in elections.

That link illustrates some of the failures of the Biden admin, although I'd note that Trump said he'd have an even bigger stimulus to the dems' round three, which the gop wanted nothing to do with. Now we only have one gop, Trump, although some gopers in the senate may not play nicely with him.
Biden was not forced into giving money for women to have more babies (six k annually for each popper, I think), and that third stimulus (along with the gop's giveaways to failing businesses) was pouring gas on a fire, and they just delayed the impact of fed rate hikes.
Trump's a charlaton. His fingerprints are all over inflation. But he wasn't potus. Nor did he open the borders. Nor did he wage a war with his proxy without winning it. Kids can't buy homes, even if they work and avoid hand outs. The econ is in an awful place.
I refuse to play your game of one good, one bad. They both suck.
