I agree. People who protest an action they dislike but you and I personally like, without killing anyone, are exactly as bad as people who kill dozens of others at a time.

It's absolutely ridiculous that there are still people in the world who don't see how hypocritical and illogical they're being. It's OK for you to exercise your free speech to intimate and harass people who want to have control over their own reproductive organs? Really, conservatards?

At one time I was a clinic defender. I would escort women through groups of protesters. In those days it was Operation Rescue.

The days that there were protests were well known in advance. The women being seen on that day were all volunteers. Some were even really being seen by an abotionist. By far the majority were there as part of the performance. If the public knew how badly they were being hornswoggled they might not be so supportive.

I moved up in planned parenthood to being a counselor. I thought it was to help frightened girls deal with pregnancy and the possible solution of abortion. That's what I thought. My job was actually take these frightened girls and work them up into hysteria by browbeating them into having an abortion. I learned lines like:
If you have a baby your boyfriend will dump your belly for a prettier and smarter girl.

If you have an abortion you can go partying right away.

Your friends will leave you all alone.

You can throw out your nice clothes. You'll never fit your fat ass in them again.

I really couldn't do it. The manipulation and lies are some of the reasons I'm anti abortion today.
