The US judicial system allows criminals to get away with breaking laws.

Airbnb guest stays at rental for 500+ days without paying, refuses to leave.

The US legal system allowed a squatter to stay at a tax payer's residence for free for 500 + days. The US legal system did not provide legal remedy. It is actuaslly grand larcency, theft of rent. They left without any consequences.

This is very similar to what Donald Trump who has got away with breaking laws for 50 years. Trump was as good at playing the legal system as this squatter.

It is stupid to compare this to Trump, but the rest of your post is pretty accurate

From the article...

Because she stayed in the unit for six months, Hirschhorn qualified for L.A.'s recently adopted Just Cause Ordinance, which requires a landlord to have a legal reason to evict her, and if there is no legal reason, the landlord is required to pay for relocation assistance for the tenant.

How the fuck is not paying rent not a legal reason to evict?

Because it happened in California. Try that in a small town and results will vary.

It can be compared to Trump.
Both people played the legal system. Trump continually plays the legal system.
Trump lies on financial documents and tries to play the legal system that the lies were not lies.
Trump's dog whistles ended up in a riot trying to stopt he government from performing it's duties. He chose not to try and stop the riot when he had an opportunity. He claims he did nothing wrong. It is not working.
He brings a group of people together to influence officials in Georgia to "find" enough votes to make Trump the winner in 2020. He said he did nothing wrong. It is not working.
He shares classified documents with unsecured individuals. He said it was his right. Wrong.

The squatter is much like Trump. They thumb their nose at the law.

It is not the "US Legal system". If you read the article you would know that it is the "LA legal system" that has these ridiculous laws. Now all that said, I don't have much pity of Airbnb landlords. They are aggravating the housing shortage, often violating zoning, etc etc. The unpermitted work on the property was what created the gap for this deadbeat tenant to crawl into. My city is in the process of trying to reign in these airbnb's by requiring they be permitted and that they collect lodging taxes like a hotel would.
