From the bill you claimed to have read: “(j) Violations of section 8(a).—Whoever knowingly violates or conspires to or attempts to violate any provision of section 8(a) or any regulation, order, or license issued thereunder shall be fined in accordance with section 206 of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1705).”.
Now we click that link and continue reading that: A civil penalty may be imposed on any person who commits an unlawful act described in subsection (a) in an amount not to exceed the greater of-
(1) $250,000; or
(2) an amount that is twice the amount of the transaction that is the basis of the violation with respect to which the penalty is imposed.
(c) Criminal penalty
A person who willfully commits, willfully attempts to commit, or willfully conspires to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of, an unlawful act described in subsection (a) shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $1,000,000, or if a natural person, may be imprisoned for not more than 20 years, or both.
Bye.
IT DOES, ILLITERATE, you are in luck.If only the bill said something about a criminal punishment
Try a fine up to 1 million dollars and 20 years in prison...
So you clearly ARE making shit up. But that's what we've come to expect from your anti-American, gentile hating ass.
Try a fine up to 1 million dollars and 20 years in prison...
Show it in the actual text of the law.
If it's a dine of $1 and a slap on the wrist its still against the 1st amendment.
That's still the document we use for rights, isn't it?

See that link you, yourself posted? It looks like this: (50 U.S.C. 1705)
You need to click that. When you do, you then have to read and be able to comprehend this: 50 U.S.C. 1705
If you can accomplish those simple feats, you then learn the decades in prison and the million dollar criminal penalty for your free speech...

Absolutely, even if they just fined you 25 bucks it would be outrageous, but the fact that they can take a million from you and lock you up for decades is just insane. If it's no fine and just a slap on the wrist it's still against the 1st amendment.

A growing number of Republicans and Democrats in Congress are backing a bill that would criminalize support for the international boycott against Israel, also known as the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement.
Named the Israel Anti-Boycott Act, the bill so far has garnered support from 29 Republicans and 14 Democrats in the Senate. A similar piece of legislation introduced in the House of Representatives has 237 co-sponsors—63 Democrats and 174 Republicans. With the intent to suppress the BDS movement and others allied with the boycott against Israel, the Israel Anti-Boycott Act imposes harsh punishments: any person guilty of violating the law faces a “minimum civil penalty of $250,000 and a maximum criminal penalty of $1 million and 20 years in prison."
The Israel Anti-Boycott Act was introduced by Democratic Sen. Benjamin Cardin on March 23 and was drafted with the help of AIPAC, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, according to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. In fact, passage of the bill was listed as one of the group’s top lobbying priorities for 2017.
Will the Federal Government Make It Illegal to Protest Israel?
This is directly against the 1st amendment. We still care about those things, right?
Creating a law that tells who Americans cannot boycott violates the first amendment you idiot.A fine for an illegal boycott does not violate the 1st Amendment. Or any other Amendment.
Do your own research for once. It will save you the embarrassment that you have grown so accustomed to.Show me the fine in the law.
I researched at your link.
No mention of fine or felony.
Were you drunk posting? Stupid? Or lying?
I vote all 3.

If you can't read the bill or understand it, please have someone who can explain it to you before further derailing this thread.
Thanks.
