It seems to me that whomever wins this will do so because of some segment of the electorate being under sampled. Of course if you have conspiracy theories knock yourself out. Trump openly talks about white people who normally don't vote coming out for him, and maybe that will happen. He SHOULD win Fla because it's tied and Rubio most likely will win with it not even being close. But there may be many first time Puerto Rica to Fla voters.
