Peru has vowed to prosecute Greenpeace activists after they allegedly damaged the world-famous Nazca lines during an environmental publicity stunt.

EPA can save Grand Canyon from coal plant

The Environmental Protection Agency will finalize a plan years in the making to require one of the worst coal plants in the country to reduce pollution at Grand Canyon, in surrounding communities, and in at least 10 other national parks and wilderness areas for decades.

In the coming weeks, the EPA will direct the operators of the Navajo Generating Station, Arizona's largest coal plant, on how they must clean up the air and meet the requirements set by the Clean Air Act.
