Yeah, nice to see that the Azov brigade is on the frontline again.
Not all of them.
Almost every day I read similar reports about them:
"The evidence collected by the Investigative Committee of Russia has been recognized by the court as sufficient to convict Stanislav Dolyagin, a serviceman of the 4th platoon of the 1st company of the 74th separate reconnaissance battalion (military unit No. 1035). He was found guilty of committing crimes under part 1 of article 356 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of prohibited means and methods), paragraphs "g", "l" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder committed by an organized group on the grounds of political and ideological hatred and enmity).
The investigation and the court found that in March-April 2022, Dolyagin, together with other servicemen of other units of Ukrainian armed formations, were stationed at the combat position "Bagel", located in a private one-storey residential house in Mariupol, where Dolyagin was on duty, controlling the roadway of Sergei Lazo Street.
On April 17, 2022, Dolyagin and another unidentified soldier stopped a civilian male, who was not involved in the armed conflict and posed no threat, for identification. They detained the man and reported the matter to the high command. Then Dolyagin received an illegal order from the commanders to kill the detainee because, in their opinion, he supported the special military operation, assisted the armed forces of the DNR and the Russian Federation, and held a pro-Russian position.
After that, Dolyagin shot the man in the head with a Stechkin pistol (APS). The victim died from the wound he received at the scene.
Dolyagin fully admitted guilt and repented of his actions.
The court sentenced Dolyagin to 25 years' imprisonment in a strict regime colony."
