The racists and eugenicists are going to take this thread over quick.

It mostly has to do with how we raise our kids, and the values we instill in them, it is a cultural thing.

The ethnological cultures that provide the best chance of success tend to be Asian, Jewish, Indian, Pakistani, and actually, African families do very well too. Upper class white families have a cultural history and their legacy adavantages and access to private schools keep them in the game.

This is reflected in the bell curve as you have pointed out.

Don't let these racists divert the conversation to make you believe it has anything to do with "inate ability" or something in the genes, it doesn't. It has everything to do with cultural values and family.

The U.S. government has for generations now promoted social programs among the poor that is detrimental to success among families of the poor. It destroys families. The worst possible way to learn, grow, get an education, internalize responsibility and critical thinking, is through attendance in the public school system.

The folks most likely to depend entirely on that system for raising their kids are blacks, Hispanics, and middle and lower class whites.

IMO, to really face a question, one must be honest in addressing actual causes rather than making them up to suit an agenda.

Any attempt to understand a racial gap that divorces responsibility from the equation is just making excuses instead of facing the actual problem.

Asians and Jews perform especially well because they value education and work hard to achieve. Blacks do not perform well because they have shitty attitudes towards the very notion, because black men do not accept responsibility for the children they produce and because they always have the color of their skin to excuse their shortcomings rather than growing up and accepting responsibility.
