The only Presidents in this century that have put troops on the streets as Law Enforcement have been Republicans (George W. Bush & Trump). Use of the Guard in Louisiana enabled the biggest gun grab in modern history, totally violating the rights of honest American Citizens and leaving a bad taste in the mouths of Guardsmen used, when they thought they were being sent there for Hurricane relief and humanitarian support. Biden did not put armed troops on the street to intimidate American citizens.
