I agree with this act but still on a competitive level trannies should not be able to compete with girls in high school or college.

Obergfell was an over-reach. All it should have done was say same sex marriage licenses issued by States that allow them have to be recognized in all States, even States that don't want to issue their own Same sex marriage licenses. That would have been on solid constitutional ground.

Its the government intervention that is an issue. Not the right or left. What does that even mean? There are zero lefties running boxing organizations. They are defining their competition rules the best they can. And if they dont, athletes will compete in different leagues. That's how free markets work. That is what the GOP used to understand.

1. Become very respected at your job. The highly respected are not mocked by insulting names.
