I hear what you're saying..... I think what we have to come to grips with that we have not yet come to grips with Is that we are now in a global economy and there's really no way to back out of it.

Going back to the days of buying American sounds romantic but they may actually be no way to do it effectively anymore. It was a mistake for us to give up our manufacturing base or should I say for greedy corporate giants to go labor shopping for slave labor.

Having said that It's not wrong to be distrustful of China's intentions. It's not wrong to demand a better balance of trade with them. How do you propose we accomplish that?

We are at a massive disadvantage in the man hour bank.... China has twice as many workers as the United States has total population.
