The time for dancing on the head of a pin is no more.

I don't know.

Did all of the illegal aliens deported under the Clinton, Obama, and Biden Administrations get full due process? All of those millions?
On Saturday night, District Judge James E. Boasberg ordered the administration not to deport anyone in its custody over the newly-invoked Alien Enemies Act, which has only been used three times before in U.S. history, all during congressionally-declared wars. Trump issued a proclamation that the 1798 law was newly in effect due to what he claimed was an invasion by the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.

Trump’s invocation of the act could allow him to deport any noncitizen he says is associated with the gang, without offering proof or even publicly identifying them. The plaintiffs filed their suit on behalf of several Venezuelans in U.S. custody who feared they’d be falsely accused of being Tren de Aragua members and improperly removed from the country.

Can any Democrat on here admit that Judge Boasberg issued his turn around order, not because it's against the law to deport illegal aliens, not because he wants terrorist gang members in the United States, but because he hates Donald Trump?
No

He is doing it because Trump is abusing a law meant for wartime and deporting without due process

That shows nothing but your willingness to lie.

Trump already had the power to deport illegal aliens, which is why I don't know why he invoked the Alien Enemies Act.

Did all the millions of illegal aliens that Biden, Clinton, and Obama deported get full due process?

Boasberg insists on reminding us over and over how irrelevant he is:

Is it a constitutional crises yet?

How can he hold "the administration" in contempt?

I think that is a great idea.

Stop with the stupid lawfare and let Trump be Trump. If he is as terrible as your pundits say, the country will decline and you can do the happy dance about it.

Your Party's popularity is already in the toilet. Further whining about the Bad Orange Man will flush it away.
Let Trump be Trump?

You fuckers even admit what a shithead he is. Why would any sane person do that?

How Trump Is Trying to Consolidate Power Over Courts, Congress and More

President Trump called for one federal judge seeking basic information about his deportation efforts to be impeached amid mounting concern about a constitutional showdown. Another judge found that Mr. Trump’s efforts to shut down a federal agency probably violated the Constitution and stripped Congress of its authority. The president was accused of overstepping his executive authority yet again in firing two Democratic commissioners from an independent trade commission. And that was just Tuesday.
Nearly two months into his second term, Mr. Trump is trying to consolidate control over the courts, Congress and even, in some ways, American society and culture.

His expansive interpretation of presidential power has become the defining characteristic of his second term, an aggressive effort across multiple fronts to assert executive authority to reshape the government, drive policy in new directions and root out what he and his supporters see as a deeply embedded liberal bias.

“We’ve never seen a president so comprehensively attempt to arrogate and consolidate so much of the other branches’ power, let alone to do so in the first two months of his presidency,” said Stephen Vladeck, a professor at Georgetown University Law Center.

Opinions may differ as to whether a prez inherently has the powers trump is claiming for himself. Or whether a prez should have those powers. But the debate over whether he IS seeking them has ended by virtue of his actions. Call it dictatorial, call it autocratic, call it what you will, trump is actively in pursuit of executive power that flies in the face of the Founder's intentions for co-equal branches of government. If successful it will fundamentally change America.

Well Now ... It's almost like President Trump is 'Draining the Swamp' ... :auiqs.jpg:

He just isn't making the same mistake he made the first time when he thought the People would help him more.
He's taking charge of what he can in The Executive Branch ... And putting people in place that will help him.

And you better hang on ... Because it's going to get worse for some.
If Congress gets around to actually cutting the $3.3 trillion ... We are in the red in our current budget ...
It's going to hurt someone ... And there is going to be a whole lot more squealing going on.

This is all far from being over ...

.

Why would any sane person think that doing the same 'nothing' we have done to address any of the bullshit ...
That Capitol Hill has provided us with ... Over the last three decades ... And has done nothing but add to our enormous debt ...
Would somehow amount to a better option?

....

I mean seriously ... If you still want to live in your fantasy world ... Pretending crap is not seriously broken ...
And understanding that dreaming of a better world ... Will not provide us with one ... Then you better hang on ...
Because you haven't seen the walls come tumbling down yet.

....

Good Luck ...
You might need help when he is done ...

They were unwarranted and completely political
.

Oh my goodness ... You mean the Federal Government is all about politics ...
Bless your precious little heart ... Thanks for the 'heads-up', window licker ... :auiqs.jpg:

Yep, the unelected lawyer judges can be ignored. They don't have the power per the constitution to manage the executive branch of government
They do have the ability to see illegal actions and intervene

You live in a very small world asshole
Not as small as your tiny brain that rests in your asshole, lush

Go back to drinking, your claim that the president was to be the weakest branch of government shows you are either a lush or simply the stupidest person posting

You seem proud that the charges were completely political. At the very least accepting.

Everything that happens on Capitol Hill is political ... And that's a fact whether or not you want to accept it.
The way you choose to look at it ... Is just as political as the opposition's way of looking at it.

So how about you just stop pretending it's not all political ...
Or at least stop telling me something I already know ... You pathetic little window licker ... :auiqs.jpg:
