The Temple Mount -- the differences between Israeli (Western) and Palestinian (Muslim) Discourse

No you do not follow International maritime laws. Stop lying! You limit Palestinian fishermen to 3 miles offshore when the International limit is 12 miles!
The bodies of two Palestinian fishermen who Palestinian officials say were shot dead by Egyptian naval forces have been returned to the Gaza Strip, the territory’s Interior Ministry said.

The fishermen, who were brothers, were shot on Friday off the coast near the southern border town of Rafah. A third brother was wounded and was undergoing treatment in Egypt.

Israel and Egypt imposed a blockade on Gaza in 2007 to isolate Hamas after it seized control of the territory from the Palestinian Authority.

Hamas’s relations with Egypt have been through warm and tense phases, but Cairo has been a longtime mediator between Hamas and Israel, securing numerous ceasefire deals and unofficial truces between the two sides to halt cross-border fighting.

Ayyash said the Egyptian military has killed six Gaza fishermen in separate incidents in the past 14 years.

This is why Israel restricts some of the fishing in some parts. Stop the attacks on Israeli civilians, and they can fish at will :

Israel announced on Thursday it would expand the Gaza fishing zone after restricting it for four days in response to the launching of incendiary balloons into Israel from the coastal enclave.

“Following a security assessment and with approval from the political echelon, it was decided to expand the Gaza Strip fishing zone from six to 12 nautical miles, starting Monday morning,” the army’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories said in a statement.

COGAT also said that on Sunday, it would start again allowing the entry into Gaza of food, water, medicine, fishing goods, electrical supplies and agricultural products donated by the international community as part of the reconstruction effort for the Strip.

Israel has no jurisdiction in Gazan territorial waters.

Neither does Egypt. But both uphold their rights to protect their maritime borders from those who may be a danger to their country.

And when Anyone in Gaza threatens the lives of Israeli citizens, as it happens too often, there are consequences.

They did not seize control. They were voted in by a democratic election and it is none of Israel's, goddammit, mother-fucking business, who the Palestinians elect as their leaders!

What about when Israel threatens Gazans?

Hamas fighters took control of the Gaza Strip and removed Fatah officials. The battle resulted in the dissolution of the unity government and the de facto division of the Palestinian territories into two entities, the West Bank governed by the Palestinian National Authority, and Gaza governed by Hamas.

Hamas has taken control of the Gaza Strip, and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has declared a state of emergency.
What impact do these developments have on life in the region? Charles Levinson of London's The Daily Telegraph says Friday has been relatively quiet. He says there are concerns the area could become more conservative, but others hope law and order will be restored after months of anarchy. Palestinians are glad the fighting has stopped and hope calm returns.
Levinson talks to Madeleine Brand.

Wrong! It was a democratic election.

Yeah, it happens all the time!
Hamas won the election. There was a battle between Hamas and Fatah later. Abbas, who lived in Gaza, was forced to run away and go to Ramallah where he is still.

Israel attacks Gaza only after Hamas or any of the other Militias attack Israel with fire balloons, rockets, etc

So sorry if defending one's country, Israel, and ALL of its population is sinful to you.

Okay, you finally got the history right; however, Hamas rockets are in response to Israeli aggression. I have nothing against defending one's country, but Israel is not on the defensive. They are the biggest military power in the area and no one comes close.

You do nothing but lie to yourself.

Or maybe, since all of your sources are pro Palestinians, you are getting only the news where Israel is always the aggressor.

IF was the aggressor being the biggest military power in the region, Gaza and Judea and Samaria would have been empty of terrorists, not all Palestinians are terrorists, and the areas would have been in Peace over 60 years ago.

Keep reading those sources and leading yourself on the wrong road.

Israel, and all the Arab countries which are now making business with Israel, do not give a fig to the lies you have chosen to embrace.

End the occupation and I will agree with your argument; until then, Israel is the aggressor.

Israel "occupies" only what is rightfully hers in her own Jewish Homeland.

The Hashemites occupy TransJordan since 1925. There is no call from Israel or Jews to return it to them, as it is also part of the Jewish Homeland.

Remain delusional.

Wrong! You cannot hold onto land seized in a war

Wrong! You can't hold onto land seized in a war. More specifically, the '67 war. Allowing you to keep that land, is like saying it was okay for Hitler to annex Poland and that is NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

Disgusting, beyond ignorant comparison.

YOU, Billo_REALLY. is one of the most ignorant humanoids to walk the planet.

No knowledge of history. No knowledge of anything.

Stay Ignorant !!!!

Hey, what are you wearing? Talk slower...
The land you speak of are called Judea and Samaria, which the invading Hashemite Arabs were "gifted" by the British in 1925.

Judea and Samaria are THE ancient homeland of the Jews. And from 1948 to 1967 all Jews were ethnically cleansed from those lands, and from TransJordan in 1925, and from Hebron in 1929.

You can go on with your disgusting ignorance towards the Jewish People, your bigoted ideas, all you like.

NONE of that land has EVER been Palestinian, because Palestinians did not come to "exist" until 1964. Arafat and the KGB invented that nationality for the Arabs living in Gaza and Judea and Samaria, which the Jordanians now called "West Bank".

The Jordanians lost the war. Never between 1948 and 1967 thought of creating a State for those Arabs. They wanted the land for themselves. And attacked again in 1967 to take more land. But that time they lost.

As you put it, The Hashemites had NO RIGHT to the land they took in 1948, via war, because it was NEVER THEIRS.

So, Egypt took Gaza in 1948 and did nothing to "give it " to those living there.
Jordan took Judea and Samaria and did nothing to "give it" to those living there.

You are ignorant of history. And THAT, is unacceptable.
