Because it was NOT turned over.A warrant to search for something you already saw?
it never should have BEEN there in the first place

Dumbasses like you don't have any idea, but we know exactly what it's about.I doubt anyone, including yourself has the foggiest idea what you are talking about?
Says who, asshole?Because it was NOT turned over.
it never should have BEEN there in the first place
What "nuclear documents," dumbass?NUCLEAR documents included
Are you referring to the procedures that Hillary didn't follow? Why do you believe they couldn't prove intent? Surely you don't think classified docs were mixed in with docs that were not classified. There are procedures for being in possession of classified material. I realize the Trump admin was willfully negligent when it came to matters of national security, but it's impossible to think Don removing classified docs was an oversight.
How about the fact that they have no evidence of Trump committing any crime? The only problem with indicting Trump back in January is that he could avoid prosecution based on their inability to prove criminal intent. They would have to prove Trump knew classified documents were in those boxes.
And it's tough to prove somebody knew something. Should have known, doesn't count,
Utter horseshit. Not just that, but it was established back in Jan. 2022 that Trump illegally removed classified documents from the WH. It would have been well within Garland's discretion to indict Trump back then.
Unless he's corrupt leftwing piece of shit like the judge who approved the warrant. That is how an application for a search warrant works. The judge must be convinced evidence of the commission of a crime is present at the property the DoJ sought to search.
Do they? You don't have a clue about what they have. What about Trumps prior violation of the Presidential Records Act. Trump would flush presidential records down the toilet, or tear them into little pieces. They have that on record.
By "people" you mean deranged imbeciles like you. Then he should just shut the fuck up. People are sick of his shit & have had it up to here with that maniac.
Tell him to go move to fucking island in the South Pacific & takes his tribe with him.
You don't need to counter hearsay, moron. If you can intelligently extract any counter information, we'll be watching.
That's called a fair hearing, moron.Isn't that the point? What good are people who know nothing or weren't involved?
They justified it to the satisfaction of a corrupt scumbag. We are past that. They justified it to the satisfaction of the magistrate judge.
We'll, looks like you're nothing but a bull shitter..
I see you have your smart face on there ...
You do however give an excellent example of the depth and provocative thought engaged in by the typical Progressive.
Not much more than snarky bullshit, that simply fades into nothing when challenged.
.
Exactly! Let's fairly find people who have information and the truth. That's what it's all about. That's called a fair hearing, moron.
Can you believe it? I wonder how many of these vegetating Republicans want to see the warrant now? Does Trump? Opinion | Merrick Garland did what needed to be done Garland made an idiot out of Trump and all of his bottom feeding lynch mobs. He let them hang themselves like the fools that they are concluding what they wanted to conclude. And one of those stupid bastards paid with his life today in Cincinnati.Nuclear secrets.
WTF?
The Jan 6 commission isn't interested in the truth, douchebag.Exactly! Let's fairly find people who have information and the truth. That's what it's all about.
Or he just has to be a corrupt Biden crony. That is how an application for a search warrant works. The judge must be convinced evidence of the commission of a crime is present at the property the DoJ sought to search.
