The video you posted is most definitely doctored, and very cheaply and poorly. The playback speed has been slowed down to make it appear the speaker is slurring her words. Both the original video and the fake video you posted have been playing on the real news broadcasts.

It was pretty clear to many of us on USMB that she has something else going on. What I am telling you is that you don't have to run around the interwebs spreading a bunch of BS.
