This has come off this week and is an attempt to learn lessons from the tragedy last year. 3 little girls died and others were injured by a mad man.

I hope they can shed some light on this and come up with some measures to prevent it happening again. The evidence so far is horrific and can barely be heard.

This is a rare thing in the UK thank God but I know child massacres are a common thing in the US. How do you guys handle the aftermath and take ations to prevent a reoccurence ?
