If you were to walk into a room full of children and started using foul language under the repub plan it would be okay. Yet some people would disagree that it is not okay and yes it would trample on the notion of free speech. Yes if you were to yell fire in a crowded building and there was no fire then you would be prosecuted. Free speech is not a get out of jail card.

1. Traditional marriage- As a repub you have an ideal what traditional marriage is and want to push your narrative of what it is.
Traditional marriage is choice and freedom. Yet you want to deny choice and freedom because it is not traditional.
Instead you want to deny , abuse, and accuse with those who do not agree. That is the America that repubs want. It is our way or the highway
Yet freedom is the right to choose. It does not have to be traditional. RADICAL
If you were worried about traditional you would not be a Trump supporter because he is not your traditional repub. He just like to mimic your lines as he gets to be president. Yet he does conflicting things that is counter to your tradition position. His actions say; who he is but you ignore his actions as he says the right things to you.
He accuses people of crimes based on hearsay with no proof of anything. Where is the justice of that.
Yet the repub applaud as they are so traditional.
