University of Michigan Spends More Than $18 Million on DEI Staff Salary, Benefits: Report
That figure, which amounts to the cost of in-state tuition for 1,075 students, will be paid out to more than 142 staff during the 2022 to 2023 school year.

Anyone care to expound on the value of Diversity....Equity (whatever that is)....Inclusion?
It is even worse than college athletics. Scholarship athletes at least have a chance of getting some of that education stuff. DEI provides the university with nothing but gobs of mediocrity, requiring watered down courses (and preposterous majors), inflated grading, tutoring, and extraordinary efforts to keep unqualified students from giving up before they graduate.
But at least under Leftist governance they will no longer be saddled with student debt, eh?
And don't forget that a "white" male student, non-athlete, must be pretty fucking good to just get into Univ of Mich. For such unfortunates, it is a fairly competitive school, academically speaking.
