Okay, so supposedly the Biden administration (or Harris administration if you will) has dumped “5,000 illegals” on a town of 18,000. If illegals are being brought here to vote...the democrats should win that county (and likely the congressional district it is in) easy, right?

We’ll see on election night how the county goes. If it doesn’t go to the Democrats, clearly this will invalidate all of these crazy claims from MAGA dolts.

I have to disagree. Imo the lies will have a lasting, and irreversible, effect on our republic. I recall when Reagan simply out and out lied over the deficits and his tax cuts and military buildup. We've destroyed our fiscal strength. Once one side sees the advantage, and no disincentive, to lie ... they both will. And because there's no real print media influencing opinions, as opposed to social media, there's no check.

Immigration or no immigration is a different issue. I'm no fan of Biden letting in tens of thousands simply cause they come from "shitty" places. That should raise any American's eyebrows.

Whether non-citizens get to vote or not has a lot to do with how loose the laws/controls on voter registrations is for each state. Do people have to provide proof of citizenship when they register? Is there a box to check for citizens? Once a voter is on the voter rolls, are there any checks to insure citizenship? Is there a voter/motor law in which people are registered to vote when they get their DLs?

Even if the Haitians (not-citizens) don't vote this election, they are here having babies that will be voting soon enough. They will have long term effects on the electorate.

There is also tbe issue of the census that counts illegals for the purpose of apportionment.

All these people will eventually be citizens, if these amnesty or “pathway to citizenship” measures pass, maybe sooner than we think.
