In the situation of Mr. Floyd- the gentleman who allegedly killed him was already punished and punished severely, and could get even more punishment. Other police from coast to coast have received the notice to avoid ugly confrontations with the African American Youth, America's official Sacred Cow.

And Floyd was hardly an innocent- he apparently was passing phony money and then resisted arrest.
