are 172 winning to 10 losing.

It's widely accepted that Major Metropolis like a New York city
Or Los Angeles or a Chicago,Philly have a major impact on
winning.That is what Al Gore and Hillary have been pushing for
since 2000.To eliminate the Electoral College and just use the popular
vote.Not a good way to represent Americans.
Case in point.Hillary had more popular votes than Trump in
2016.Why or how you ask.because of California where
Hillary had -- 8,753,788
Trump had -- 4,483,810.
Hillary had over 4 million more votes than Trump in Calif.
That is how she had over 3 million more votes than Trump
in the Popular vote.Yet Trump won 30 states { a majority }.
If Trump just Tied Hillary in California he'd have end up
having over one million more popular votes than Hillary.
