WRONG as the towers were never designed to withstand such an impact at all. Like all US buildings they have a 10% loading on the design for the weight of the building. They have a maximum temperatue safety of less than 500 F, which meant that they would not be able to withstand the heat from burning jet fuel at 2000F.
