Zone1 The role of Christianity in the formation of the US government

BS. They knew hw to end it. They did not take steps to end it.

America had every chance not to implement slavery. We are told how the so-called founders of this country created the way to end slavery when they wrote the constitution. Many will cite the fact they made the importation of slaves illegal by 1808 as evidence. But refusing to stop importing slaves did not end the slaving business in the United States. What it produced was an original American industry-slave breeding.

“During the fifty-three years from the prohibition of the African slave trade by federal law in 1808 to the debacle of the Confederate States of America in 1861, the Southern economy depended on the functioning of a slave-breeding industry, of which Virginia was the number-one supplier.”

If America had continued to import slaves, it would have diluted the market, thereby driving down the price of slaves. Slave sellers could not have this. So instead of the truth, we are told that “our nearer to God than thee” founders, in all their benevolent glory, looked towards a future whereby slavery would be no more. According to some, the so-called founders had a dream whereby little black boys and little black girls would no longer be enslaved because of the color of their skin. This is the story we are supposed to believe. However, reality does not show that.

“In fact, most American slaves were not kidnapped on another continent. Though over 12.7 million Africans were forced onto ships to the Western hemisphere, estimates only have 400,000-500,000 landing in present-day America. How then to account for the four million black slaves who were tilling fields in 1860? “The South,” the Sublettes write, “did not only produce tobacco, rice, sugar, and cotton as commodities for sale; it produced people.” Slavers called slave-breeding “natural increase,” but there was nothing natural about producing slaves; it took scientific management. Thomas Jefferson bragged to George Washington that the birth of black children was increasing Virginia’s capital stock by four percent annually.”

Why did the founders write laws halting the expansion of slavery? Why did the founders write into the constitution the date the importation of slaves would end? Why did the founders halt the importation of slaves at the date written into the constitution.

You have become what you hate.

They did none of those things. Stopping the importation of slaves was because if that continued, the market would have been diluted, and the price of slaves would go down. So they made that date to stop importation, but they did not make a date to end slavery. And what they did was begin to breed slaves. That was even worse than importing them. So stop looking for excuses to make idiotic claims about somebody.

Although not a theocracy, the formation of the US government was undoubtedly influenced the most by Judeo-Christian ideologies.

The notion that our natural rights exist because God exists is key to this understanding, and why we have such freedoms today.

such has never existed, ask a jew ... nor the ideology of christianity a religion than in name only.

this country became distinct from the above claim first in history made through desperation to leave europe and its desert infestation.
American law is based on Jewish and Christian morals which are really Jewish morals. The foundation of American law came from John Lockes Second Treatise on government. Locke was a Christian minister. They added from Hobbs and Rousseau's social contract which became a government owned by the people and a government beneath the people. Democrats hate this. They believe rights come from them.

Slavery ended when the constitution declared all men were created equal. It just took 100 years to be understood

Slavery didn't end then. The end is when it stopped. Not your attempt to whitewash things.

More lying about Democrats. The formation of this government really had nothing to do with God.

That being said thankfully we are not a theocracy. A theocracy cannot last and infringes on peoples freedoms.
People who shout the loudest about their rights and freedoms are the most likely to infringe on the rights and freedoms of others. Drugs users demand the right to use drugs, then demand that others give up their time and money to care for them when they overdose.

Don't misunderstand. Only those created by God are endowed with the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Those who 'evolved' are on their own.

". . . He [King George] has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. This piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the Christian King of Great Britain. Determined to keep open a market where Men should be bought & sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or restrain this execrable commerce. And that this assemblage of horrors might want no fact of distinguished die, he is now exciting those very people to rise in arms among us, and to purchase that liberty of which he has deprived them, by murdering the people on whom he has obtruded them: thus paying off former crimes committed again the Liberties of one people, with crimes which he urges them to commit against the lives of another. . . They did all of those things, dummy. Learn some history.

There were many times they've tried to end slavery. But the ruling elites who were plantation owners kept them from freeing the slaves.
After the slaves were free, they kept on trying to restart it. They even changed the Statue of Liberty from representing the freed Black slaves into what it's today. they were making sure that nobody becomes accustomed to not having slaves around. But the Statue was supposed to represent a Black female slave has broken the chains of bondage. That was the reason for using copper to build the statue, because she was supposed to be a Black woman. But the elites didn't want it to be for that reason
