No more cruises or interesting vacations, no more golf, no more playing with the grandkids. You are just too infirm to do that stuff. Your life becomes nothing more than eating, sleeping, watching the telly and bouncing from one doctor's appointment to the next.

However, having the discipline to maintain healthy living habits while enjoying the good life, and access to anything, separates the longevity minded thinkers from "the others"

At least that's what I've observed in my 70 something years of life.
