The return of the "earmark"

Banned since 2011, both Democrats and republicans are considering the return of the earmark as a possible way to overcome some of the gridlock that has handicapped congress for ages.

Personally I think it's a bad idea and won't work, congress was gridlocked well.before 2011, and the republicans are already putting on their "party of "NO"" hats.

Gridlock is good. Keeps those assholes from screwing the whole country up.

I don’t mind earmarks if they are related to the legislation.

I just hate the add-ons to buy Congressional support
