This is the conclusion of a new study by Whitley Law Firm, a personal injury law firm, who analyzed 26 different safety factors across all 50 states.

The safety factors fell into various categories including violent and sexual crimes, firearm possession among young people at schools, theft and drug crimes, environmental and infrastructure factors, such as air, water and road quality, as well as birth complications, motor vehicle accidents and fatalities and fatality rates in young people.

Each factor was scored via an index to calculate each state's overall safety score out of 100, with a score of 100 reflecting the highest level of safety. The overall score was used to determine the "most dangerous and the safest states to raise a family."

I've been all over the country, sea to shining sea... and I hate interstates.

I look at your map and some of the "worst" state's are on the top of my list to move to, if I were to leave Missouri. Arkansas, Louisiana and Tennessee are in in the top five, along with South Dakota and Wyoming.

Shit, I make it my mission not to go there now. Literally. Last time I crossed the GW, it was $30 and the last time I crossed the Tappen Zee it was $12.50.

Today it's $125 to cross the GW and the Tappen Zee (now the Mario Cuomo bridge... learn something new everyday) is $75.

I went the Philly maybe eight years ago. There was graffiti everywhere. Broken bricks and a smashed toilet in the middle of the street. Wish I still had the pictures.

So, no. If the only two choices of where I could live were Massachusetts or New Jersey... please just kill me. That's the most humane choice.

Now Colorado is full Red and starting to have problems like a one Billion dollar State deficit. I don't know. I have been in many southern small towns where most of the population was black and I felt and was perfectly safe. I don't think skin color has anything to do with it.

But put large concentrations of ANY groups under a feckless, incompetent, woke Democrat government, and you will have a lot of problems. Encourage black youth or any other youth to be undisciplined, feel oppressed and victimized, tolerate and/or encourage lawlessness and you will have huge problems.
