So far I would disagree. I would say both are at best mediocre. At best. But Biden is less prone to dumb moves. Oh he will gaff up the time of day and he can’t walk stairs without tripping like an extra in the Keystone Cops. But he is at least working the system in a more professional manner.

So while I disagree with many of his policy positions I at least admit he knows how the system is supposed to work.

How so? Comey testified that she did indeed break several laws. She was never charged or convicted of them. So what's hypocritical about that?
