The best shot at a championship for the Raiders was thrown away by a very bad head football coach, who is presently the defensive coordinator for a very bad defense in the Washington Commanders. He fired his OC in Oakland the offseason after Carr's best season there as their QB. Guy is yet another head coach that can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
