Blacks are 12% of the population, fortunately that number is declining and will be below 10% in 15 years. Fewer blacks, less violent crime.

By percentage of population, blacks are way overrepresented in virtually every category of violence.

No son, that doesn't work. Everybody doesn't commit crime so the most accurate way to measure it is to measure only the number of people committing crime. Because if everything was the same populationwise, all other things would be the same and that eliminates some of the problems in black communities. You use a simplistif analysis because you have a simple mind. Whites are the ones dwindling, and whites commit the most violent crime annually.

It has nothing to do with their race and everything to do with their culture. Expecting people to have productive cultures inst evil, nor is pointing out shitty cultures.
