The courts will overturn this as far as Russia and hacking goes maybe the left should be wondering why Obama's stern warning to them to stop hacking didn't work. It seems Russia instead chose to give him the big middle finger and continue doing as they pleased.

Nah there is nothing to overturn. At least 2 of these laws were already on the books but had not been used lately.

In this political climate I think it will be which would actually be a good thing for the Republicans they don't want to pull a Harry Reid here. He changed the rules in the Senate to give Obama a more free reign not considering a Republican President would have the same you tie this Governors hands and limit his power the same applies to the next Republican Governor.
