So when is your country going to put their money where your big mouth is Tommy? You certainly seem to be free enough with spending my tax dollars. STFU.Putin is an enemy to the US and all freedom loving democratic countries.
You ask some of the dumbest ass questions; Trump revealed intelligence secrets to Russians in Oval Office: officialswhat secret info was that?
Jump in there, mouth. Your country is a NATO member. She just wants Ukranians to stop fighting for their country against her employers army.
Without specifics, your post doesn't really exist. LOL!Biden doesn't even know what day it is, much less what games are being played. His is a senile joke that will destroy our great country if left in power. in the words of Obama the kenyan messiah "if you want something fucked up, give it to Joe"
So when is your country going to put their money where your big mouth is Tommy?
And you'd be wrong on both counts. It has nothing to do with either and everything to do with parties to a contract (treaty) maintaining their share of a cost. Your pretzel logic is twisting you up in directions that are illogical again.I suppose someone could say?
Don't need it to make an arrogant know nothing like you look stupid ...Now, to be sure, good poster 'lantern' I don't pretend to speak for all of the contributors to this chatroom; however, speaking for myself....and I do suspect others..... your consistency can be admirable.
We know what we will get with your avatar.
That measure has been taken.
Good luck.
Whether Moscow is hit first of Washington DC may well be immaterial. Once it starts, there will be no time for diplomacy. Missiles launch sites, air bases, and the military command and control centers will be hit followed by major cities in order of importance. As I remember we have 28 nuclear subs each carrying 11 missiles with nuclear warheads with a 5,000 mile range. After the subs delivery their payload, they will return to base to replenish their missiles and warheads if there is something to return to.All I can say is how completely wrong you were.

RUSSIAN NAVY | Facts and Details
factsanddetails.com
Russia once had 90 submarines in the Pacific but as of the early 2000s had mothballed all but 20 of them. Some of the submarines tied up in their bases and unlikely to ever to return to sea yet contain payloads and missiles that can still be fired at American and European cities.
The boomers were still armed, but would be firing from their shipyards in Russia, giving us the same warning time as other Russian ballistic missiles.
Meanwhile we had our boomers off the russian coast, so we could hit Moscow before they could hit Washington DC.
To my query on how another poster is defining 'energy independence'.........the good poster 'flacaltenn' responds with this:
Well, that's not the answer that we need in order to have a productive discussion.
Why?
Because it is complicated. And most posters will grasp that different definitions can direct what it is we learn from each other.
Let me give you one example. It is a piece from a recent Forbes article (see link).
In it, the author offers us this:
"What Is Energy Independence?
"The first thing I ask when someone poses this question is “How are you defining energy independence?” In reality, most people are using it incorrectly. A correct accounting would be to add up all of our energy production (oil, natural gas, coal, renewables) and then subtract our net energy consumption.
Why do I say “net”? Because if we import a million barrels per day of oil, and export that as roughly a million barrels per day of finished products, it doesn’t actually impact our energy independence — even though it increases our gross overall consumption."
Is The U.S. Energy Independent?

Is The U.S. Energy Independent?
Did we lose our energy independence under President Biden? It's complicated.www.forbes.com
As you will read in Rapier's Forbes article:
".....some people are looking for simple answers. Since Joe Biden is now president, and they recognize his hostility to the oil and gas industry, they reason that it’s a no-brainer that this is primarily Biden’s fault...... Once again, the truth requires a bit more discussion.
Most people view energy independence through the lens of our oil and gas production and consumption. These two sources represent 68% of U.S. energy consumption. When they see our net exports are positive, it is viewed as “energy independence.” When they turn negative, we are once again partially dependent. (In reality, we are always partially dependent, because even when our exports exceed our imports, we are still importing oil from other countries).
It is true that in 2019 our net imports of crude oil and finished products flipped from positive to negative. By that metric, we became energy independent (at last as far as our oil consumption goes). It is also true that Donald Trump was president when this happened for the first time in October 2019.
But note that this was the culmination of a trend that started in 2006 when U.S. net imports topped 13 million BPD. Most of that march to energy independence happened under President Obama. All President Trump (and President Obama before him) had to do was avoid driving the bus into the ditch, and they would continue to benefit from the hydraulic fracking boom that enabled all of this.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
As in so many of the discussions on this venue, there is a an strident desire for simplicity. Oversimplify.....to achieve simple answers. But the questions and the issues......ain't. Simple.
Trust me. It is complicated.
So be at peace, good poster 'flacaltenn'. With a little due diligence you can learn more, and avoid overheated emotionalism. Thus contribute in a more productive and positive manner.
Anger such as below does not serve to advance responsible adult discussion:
IMHO
No need. 6000 US vets have already volunteered.
Link?Since Steve Forbes LEFT Forbes - their COLLECTIVE corporate IQ has been cut in half.
Link?the Brandon counsel of mental midgets and leftists in Cali are outlawing (or plan to outlaw) building homes that require nat gas or home heating oil
Link?
Or, is that merely an unsolicted, unvetted, voluntarily-expelled opinion by an anonymous poster on a web-based gossipboard?
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Link?
Or, see the above about that 'opinion' stuff?
Look, here's the deal, poster......ANYBODY can come on to a social media site an spout. Opinionize. Vent. Hissyfit.
But it is those who can offer cogent, informed insights with credible sourcing that give 'adult discussions' gravitas, give it a value-added status that benefits all readers.

Americans will have about 30 to 40 mins to prepare for the end. Russians may have only 10 to 15 mins before US sub missiles reach their targets. After the immediate destruction of cities by nuclear blasts, the potential aftermath of a nuclear war could involve firestorms, a nuclear winter, widespread radiation sickness from fallout, and/or the temporary (if not permanent) loss of much modern technology due to electromagnetic pulses.
I don't know where you get your information from. Tucker Carlson?
Trump is the GOP’s creation – the result of decades of rightwing ignorance, fear, bigotry, racism, hate, nativism, and contempt for the Constitution, its case law, the rule of law, and our democratic institutions. You’re commie propaganda dribble is laughable. Democrats control 99% of news sources, social media, and your about to lose 50% of the Hispanic vote to Republicans. Black men are leaving in droves.. mostly because hatians came here with family units and educated them selves. You’re party is about to get pissed on in November
Just as you claim trump supporters are cultistsThey are now against anything that a "globalist" wants. On any issue, even domestic issues. So a person who is pro choice, or pro gay marriage, or pro Europe is a "globalist". They don't appear to either separate the issues or recognize degrees of support.
That appears to be their first layer of identifying people. If they decide you're a "globalist", that's that. They're at "war" with you.
Trump is anti-constitution? The left is literally silenced him on all social platforms you’re trying to put him in jail you’re trying to put all of his team in jail because he kicked your ass in 2020 and you’re using this as a distraction. You commie troll .. funny how you leave that out haTrump is the GOP’s creation – the result of decades of rightwing ignorance, fear, bigotry, racism, hate, nativism, and contempt for the Constitution, its case law, the rule of law, and our democratic institutions.
