Another one bites the dust
Another one bites the dust
And another one gone, and another one gone
Another one bites the dust

Whereas Tupperware used to be very high grade plastic that would last a lifetime, so there's less waste and plastic garbage......their prices haven't come down to an affordable level. And plastic, no matter what grade it is, is the CHEAPEST manufactured substance on earth.

Keeping it at high prices, as well as not doing anything with the designs to make them stand out from the dollar store plastics, haven't done them any favors. Just another greedy company cutting their own throats.

I always hated Tupperware

I could never find the right lid
My momma bought that stuff, and the lids actually shrank.
Every time they were washed, it got harder and harder to get the damned lids onto the containers.

I never figured out why Tupperware had so many lids that were close in size and not interchangeable

Why not have 5 sizes and each bowl and lid are labeled 1-5.

I didn't even know Tupperware was still a thing.

with everyone and his brother selling disposable plastic containers, not even sure what the purpose of Tupperware is now.

But don't worry, this is Biden's fault, somehow.

Ah, nothing quite like the "Tupperware Taste" when something hot was put in them.

We used to sell the convicts the tall tumblers with lid in the commissary.

We found that they were so handy to keep messes down we ordered a case of them and when we got a new convict we would issue one instead of the stainless steel "convict cup". It was cheaper too!

No re-issue. If they wanted another, they had to buy it.

Most convicts had two.....One for "juice"/cold drinks and the other for coffee.

The purpose is to not have disposable plastic containers added to the landfills by the truck loads

My wife would buy that crap and containers basically the same size would have different sized lids from year to year

Bwahhhhhhhhhahhhhhhhahhhhhhhh...
I'm laughing and fuming all at once
Boxes full of tops with no mates....square, circle, oval whatever.... I would get to the point where I just had enough of it and throw everything away.
